I thought I was able to incorporate it in the Maramataka but I couldn't, I have to keep leaving the maramataka where I make my appointments and look this up separately. Not what I expected, but it is what it is. Thanks

I purchased a digital copy of Te Aratohu Maramataka; which is a guide sheet for the Māori lunar calendar. There are very limited resources like this online and I love that I have a really excellent fundamental resource at my fingertips, in digital format (yay, the trees!) and really beautifully designed. It's everything I wanted for an extremely reasonable price, I'm stoked with my purchase and have already recommended it to three of my friends.

I love the idea of this and have tried to use it. But I keep getting confused - between the guide and my Maramataka app I can't get them to sync. I appreciate it's probably "user error" but I guess I didn't get enough information to start with. I'm a teacher and really wanted to trial this for myself for a month or so, so I got the hang of it and hopefully began to recognise patterns. So I could then transfer to my classroom and think about using the maramataka for planning. I'd really appreciate it if you could point me to a beginners guide so I could understand more and truly use it. Ngā mihi dipivac@gmail.com

I was referred to check out the Tuhi Stationary by a friend. Turns out it had just what I was looking for. I loved the 'human' experience that Genoveve and Mihi brought to the online presentation. Nga mihi nunui korua mo te ataahua pukapuka! My college and I are loving how we are figuring out which marama we are in within the area we live. We purchased one of everything and are over the moon (lol) with all the pukapuka. Each has its own purpose but they all link into one another. Such an amazing kaupapa to live by and we are utilising this method of the Māori Maramataka into our everyday lives. We are Early Childcare kaiako and so we are sharing our learning journey with our tamariki and their whānau. Our practice aligns with Te Maramataka, for example we only hui within the phases of Korekore Tuatahi, Korekore Rawea & Korekore Whakapiri and we keep to ourselves being mindful of where we are and what we are doing in the phases of Ōmutu & Mutuwhenua. A quote from Tuhi that captured my thoughts was, "Sometimes more can be seen in the darkness." For me te whetu and te marama are tohu, reliable sources of knowledge where if we tune in to their being we can begin to see through the darkness/te whēuriuri, ultimately living a prosperous but peaceful life. I have the digital version of Te Rakaunui. Its Beautiful. I can always quickly pick up my phone to check in or add to my whakaaro. Its handy to have especially for me as I'm a new learner with Te Maramataka but the more I use it the more I see how much more im in tune with Te Maramataka i am than the Gregorian Calander which only tells me which day it is!!!

This is literally the best! Because I am only beginning my journey of learning of different moon phases and what is good to do and what not its great having it on my phone to just open up and see!
